Editor’s Note This, our second issue, will reach over one thousand persons in the United States, Latin America and Europe. It is quite obvious that your interest in our activities is such that the Newsletter must be continued. We had hoped to send out this second issue by mid-April, but decided to wait until we had a better picture of our upcoming summer’s activities. We hope that in the future we will be in a position to publish the Newsletter more frequently.
