Basque Culture

On these pages we present some examples of Basque cultural activity, including Dance, Cinema, Art (including painting and drawing), Sculpture, Music, and the Tree Carvings left by sheepherders in the mountains of the American West.

The Center for Basque Studies is committed to promoting an interest in Basque culture by supporting local exhibits of Basque art from time to time. These exhibits may also be presented in other venues, especially at other University Studies Abroad Consortium campuses.
